金球奖首位亚裔影后诞生！奥卡菲娜凭《别告诉她》获奖

1月6日，美国洛杉矶，第77届美国电影电视金球奖（Golden Globes）颁奖典礼。

奥卡菲娜（Awkwafina），本名林家珍（Nora Lum），美籍中韩混血儿，为人熟知的电影有：《瞒天过海：美人计》和《摘金奇缘》，今年凭借电影《别告诉她》（The Farewell）夺得金球奖最佳音乐及喜剧类电影女主角（Best Actress），成为金球奖历史上的首位亚裔影后。

据了解，《别告诉她》将于2020年1月10日在中国大陆上映。

Awkwafina is the 2020 Golden Globe winner for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. She is the first Asian woman to win in that category.

The rapper and actor, whose real name is Nora Lum, won the award for her role in “The Farewell,” written and directed by Lulu Wang.

During her acceptance speech at the 77th annual awards ceremony Sunday night, Awkwafina thanked Wang, among a number of people, calling her an “incredible director.”

“You gave me this chance, the chance of a lifetime, and you've taught me so much,” she said. “Just filming this story, being with you, is incredible.”

This is great. Thank you. If anything, if I fall upon hard times, we can sell this, so that's good. First of all, thank you so much to the Hollywood Foreign Press. I've never been to the Golden Globes, so I'm here now, and it's this and it's great. I'd like to thank everyone at A24, Peter Saraf, Dani Melia, Big Beach and Andrew Miano.

I'd like to thank the woman who plays my grandma in “The Farewell,” Zhao Shuzhen. … Thank you, and most importantly, to Lulu Wang, our incredible director. You gave me this chance, the chance of a lifetime, and you taught me so much. And just filming this story, being with you, was incredible. I'd like to dedicate this to my dad, Wally. I told you I'd get a job, Dad. And to my grandma, my best friend, the woman who raised me. And to my mother, Tia, who I always hoped was watching from somewhere above, and I hope that she's watching now. Thank you all, thank you.

Awkwafina dedicated her award to her father, her grandmother and her late mother.

“The Farewell” centers on Awkwafina's character, Billi, who was raised in the U.S. and returns to her birthplace of Changchun, China, to spend time with her dying grandmother.

Awkwafina, whose father is Chinese American and whose late mother was South Korean, told the Los Angeles Times in December that Wu's Golden Globe nomination last year was “very inspiring to see.”

“I think all of that, Constance's nomination, Sandra Oh's win, it all tied into this larger reality that there hasn't really been a lot,” she said. “And also on the brighter side, that it's changing.”

Oh, who co-hosted the 2019 Golden Globes, also took home the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama that year.
